Yeah, I saw that. I'd suspect CBO are pretty on top of it and it's the smaller "hobby" growers who might be getting caught out. There's another article on SBS news where that grower talks about the huge $1000 cost of having to go spray his 6000 trees this year. CBO are playing in another league.
Vic agricultural don't seem *too* worried about it.
