It's hard to find anything bullish to support what has been an unusually quick bounce back for the day's trade. The price is sitting where it has been since May 2022 which is at a price point acting as both support and resistance. It came back off the 200 day average pretty quick with some strong volume, but this kind of detachment from fundamentals leads me to believe there is some institutional "fun" going on, which I'd hope nobody gets caught out on.

For comparison, Breville released it's results today with a NPAT gain of ~6% and fell about ~12% at its low... This stock's revenue fell 74% and it barely missed a heart beat. Hard to see motivation for any kind of long position especially when the market itself is getting euphoric as a whole.

Is the plan just to wait until the next earnings and hope things have recovered? If they post another reduction in NPAT who knows, maybe they'll start generating debt... The fact they pay a dividend may seem like some consolation, but I get the feeling that money ought to be spent on some projects that could buffer their revenue stream. Seems like management is reliant on the current business model, which has proven to have significant flaws as evident in today's outcome.

This could be a very slippery slope down if the market starts turning bearish and I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow ends up retesting the lows it had today.
