I get what you mean, but they clearly have enugh cash to accomplish their growth, and they have a literal pipeline and schedule ahead so they know exactly how much they need and when as set out in their incubator program. For a growing business, i think it really outlines how undervalued management think the business is for them to use these funds. Id usually agree with you but in this instance i think it likely just due to the price. They would never have plannned to do a buyback one year after their IPO. They probably think there stupid for it too... in a way.
