    Secondary to any financial benefit of a dividend would be the sheer joy of seeing the reaction from TopSahara.
    A personal gripe. The sentence "The importance of these new contracts cannot be understated.." That means they are really, really unimportant. Should be "overstated". Unless they are sh1t.
