First time poster and owner.
Hey I Just wanted to share my thoughts on Alliance .
When i was doing my flight training a couple of years back . My Instructor was working as Aog at Alliance.
Anyway long story short . I got a guided tour through the offices , hangers and parts department. Spoke with the Lame's and Pilots. Honestly I was gob smacked bye the professionalism of the entire organisation. I got to understand how the Airline worked and operated. Efficiency would be the answer .
The one thing that got me back then was from what I could see it was one big team.
Alliance was not bedded down bye a unionised work force like the other Airlines.
And just lastly, if the Great Rodger Montgomery from Montgomery Invest who usually hates Airlines but he said likes Alliance. In his words its aviation infrastructure Business with Top Tier customers
