Also, all they (WAM) are going to do is hold back 20-25% cash and use this to pay your monthly dividend. You will essentially just be paid back you own money in dividends. They'll make it look like they're making a profit bu just moving part of the balance sheet into "profit reserve". You'd be better of putting yuor cash in a rolling 30 day term deposit.
