If it was quality Labcon would not agree to remain a distributor. If they did not like the product they would not have remained a distributor.

The issue was that Labcon wanted extended exclusivity despite not putting enough sales effort into the product and having committed to X volumes. BCT said no more exclusivity under the current terms cause that already cost them a lot (eg. unable to sell to others).

But that's history (a painful one) now.

Interesting to see the stock down as there is nothing new in the accounts vs quarterlies.
