This company has offered reliability in terms of EPS and dividend and a small amount of growth in both real terms and share price over recent years. Each financial year they advise of the EPS for the following year and, as best I can remember, they've not had to recoil from the early guidance. This doesn't do much more than enable you to see at a glance how much the share price has risen recently but also presents the steadiness of the results over a period of time.
This not guidance as I have no idea whether you may obtain a price under $4 in the near future. Predicting profits is one thing, predicting share price movements is another thing altogether.
