Good result overall.
Lots of upside for earnings once we stop doing constant lockdowns in Victoria and Australia, it's annoying to see another 4c shaved off NTA, but there's good opportunity for reversal into FY22.
Another 150m in Revenue possible again once lockdowns are finally history in 2022, which should flow mostly to FFO and profit, plus the mixed use development plans show the board are actively considering the future.
