Gearing is getting below guidance so would expect them to be looking for more assets soon. Some costs involved with the macadamia farms will be funded by debt. But I like a strong balance sheet.
For the first time, AFFO won't cover the entire distribution. Not something I like to see but they say it is for a short period as the transition from 1 almond asset and the chicken farms goes through. I know they promise 4% increases and the asset value gains more than cover it, but I don't mind of they slow it down for a year.
