Bought in at $1.1, 11 cents div, that’s 10% return. Seems fantastic. They want to keep some cash aside for rainy day and to acquire more business, please go ahead. Many business will struggle to come out of COVID, great time to be picking up afew bargains. Don’t be like what the banks are doing, throwing away massive dividends and buying back their own shares at ath.
