At first glance, I honestly think these results missed expectations. Dividends being the lower than expected so a real negative. Another negative is the LFL declines in the first 7 weeks of trading - obviously expected due to the lockdowns - but investors might feel there is "no end in sight" for Sydney. Looks like growth might have been slowing in the second half but maybe due to high comps.
I have a feeling this share price will come under significant pressure tomorrow.
