that beauty of this business, they know very quickly how well the store is doing within 6 months, they sign short lease and standard store layout and size, there is no large format mix with small format in the mixed they all around 50-60m2 across the hundred and thousands of stores,
cost bugger all to fit out, takes bugger all time to setup, consistent, easy for reporting and compare and get out if it does not meet their return expectation and move to better location, they been doing for years that is why they are so successful.
