BFC,

• to be in lactoferrins BFC has to be in Mozz. Mozz uses all the milk but very unprofitably.
• knows the price of milk. They set the highest in Aus 2 years ago and now pay the price.
• should have control of costs - JOKE. read Showcase doc and EOFY announcement. Bad management. Kick Hicks but he's gone
• knows sell price of Mozz. Been selling to Retails and Food service for 3-4 years. Prices haven't changed yet BFC ants to produce more.
• would know prices on Lactoferrins. Appears the problem is BFC misread the market - IMF ex Aus is way down which to an extent drags lactoferrin prices down. Assume now BFC sells lactoferrins to third parties not IMF makers direct. Chinese IMF makers will be screwing lactoferrin suppliers madly

Does BFC still make cheddar/soft cheese. Is Murray Bridge cheese make now shut??
