I am still holding for some light at the end of the tunnel.
Could you tell me where you found the information that the Board is participating with around 1 Million into the Share Purchase Plan. In the prospectus on page 41 where one can find a table with the securities owned by the directors, it is mentioned that, and I quote: "The directors do not intend to participate in the SPP Offer."
This tells me differently. It would be a sign of trust if they did participate.
