Thanks. I found it in the Notice of General Meeting/Proxy Form from July 30, 2021. Page 7 under Placement (b) “1.875.000 shares will be issued to Directors of the Company…” Now it is clear to me. In the table on page 41 from the Prospectus (Aug. 6) there is on the right a part about the placement.

Dique is taking 1.250.000 shares, Barclay 125.000 shares,Thomas 500.000 and Steele 125.000. Together 1.875.000 shares. For me a clear and reassuring sign.
