I would add the changing balance of demographics, where the numbers of elderly (a large influential voting block), in some countries, has recently exceeded the numbers of young people, and this trend expected to grow1. People like Peter Zeihan, Reva Goujon, George Friedman and others have some interesting ideas about how this may play out. This bodes well for Estia and this sector.
