    There is a cash flow movement slide showing cash dropped from $71m to $56m. I'm guessing they spent a lot on consultants doing their due diligence on Brainshark. The full disclosure on the movement will be sent out withe the AGM notification. It's hard to do a proper analysis without the full accounts and I'd like to see why the drop in cash as well. The good info from the accounts is the subscription revenue growth and the widening gap to the cost of sale. It is exponential effectively. At some point, there will be a big increase in costs based on the step method. For those non accountants. picture a staircase inside an x and y axis. As revenue grows (y axis), direct costs virtually remain stable (x axis) then at a point in the revenue increase, costs will go up.
    IMHO, providing they continue on the vertical acquisition path, this stock should do well.
