I think perhaps you were missing the point of Pikey's reply..
You expressed the view that "$26M revenue with $380m market cap.....seems expensive"
What Pikey alluded to was that PME was always a business that had an extremely expensive revenue to market capitalisation ratio!
I know this because I was invested in PME from around $4 up to $30 and every man and his dog quoted that very point and yet the share price kept growing exponentially.
