you should refer to my comments made on manipulation or keeping the SP down for accumulation. As i said Everyday YES Everyday Someone put the sell order of 692523 Shares at 40 cents to show sell side bigger and keep the SP under pressure. If i had the money I would buy all the shares which are traded below 20 cents. There will be sudden offer made by some broker acting for bigger company thats IMO.
