    To be honest interesting take. I don't know as much as you but if UWL is going brownfields as well as greenfields and other infrastructure and NBN is going greenfields only doesn't that allow for UWL to be a part of this "Contest".

    I'll need to look into it more but your criticisms and counters are welcome to me. Good to spark thought and research
