Technology is evolving too quickly and onboard cost is incredibly lower for wireless technology
you're correct in that UWL have geographical limitations at present but that's temporary and longer term won't be a catalyst for slowed growth or stagnant growth even
high density living is on the tear with affordability issues within most major cities. The NBN tech is well outdated as are half of their outdated wires and infrastructure
the future heavily remains in wireless.
and if you've been living in Australia the past 7-8 years, you would see what an absolute disaster the "planned" roll out has been for nbn , so much so they ditched their original roll out plans and half the tech, with millions of users still running off partially old lines
