i wouldnt expect them to say any less.
yet my contrary view was not that they wouldnt get it up it was your comment "approval no doubt coming". it sounded more bullish and immediate than i think it is.
My happy place is that they are looking seriously at other opportunities.
This unfortunate circumstance will force them to diversify and take on another project which will give us 3 when Toliara is finally granted.

spare a thought for those poor people in the south. No work, no food and a stupid president holding out for a kickback no doubt.
