Starting construction of Toliara in mid 2022 means production mid 2024 (not mid 2023 suggested in your message above). There is a 26 month construction period.
The best case scenario is construction starting end 2022 with production end 2024/start 2025. I think Tim said this in today's conference call. Remember that the current mine life for Kwale is end 2023. We will find out soon whether this mine life can be extended (which I think will be important for Base given there is a 12 plus month gap between end 2023 and the start of production at Toliara).
