Yes, I was getting what can be done by STA in WA confused with what will probably happen in Madagascar. There was a 'useful if rubbery' update today at https://www.miningweekly.com/article/base-still-committed-to-toliara-2021-09-01 saying:
" ...on the assumption that the suspension is lifted by the end of January, we will undertake an FID by the end of 2022, which will mean we will be in production by mid-2025. That is the sort of timeframe, and we are still completely committed to the project, we just need to be patient"
There are other useful statements in that report, highlighting the increasing significance of Toliara to BSE.
