Not if those acquisitions and revenue increases lead to an increased NPAT of around $10M from the entities alone (should not be a money pit anymore and growth can be funded with profits or debt rather than dilution).
Add onto that any:
- synergies
-cross selling benefits
-additional knowledge and experience
- purchasing power to obtain better deals from suppliers
- scale and branding
All will become clear as the companies are integrated.
