Yes I agree but the fact we are now paying a 4% + franking credit (in a stock set for major growth) when people can borrow at record low interest rates (just fixed my loan @1.99% for 4 years with Combank)... it looks like a safe mid term investment Plus the worlds economy is and will start to gather pace leading to increasing Oil and gas prices....Mmmmm seems a no brainer to me....
