Good summation by you spider , these guys have moved away from what the punters imagine this to be ie a scafolding truck with a couple of guys hanging onto the sideboards and a ute pulling a concrete mixer ,

For novices like myself when we Look up at most multi story commercial buildings with a tower crane above , those concrete beams and concrete floors are not precast instead they are being built on site inside moulds (forms) as the building ascends, only current alternative is steel framing which tends to be more expensive . I would think there would need to be a strong respect and flow of knowledge between ACF and the building's engineers for ACF to be kept on getting hired .
