Everything is flavour of the month at one point or another. Here is a "boring" stock that's just taken another haircut on its valuations, has a conservative gearing profile and is still trading well below its NTA of $2.17
I've already filled my boots with REITs but VCX is a hell of a lot better value right now than it was 12 months ago. I fully expect some of those looking down their nose at VCX now will be calling out the "improved outlook" for REITs when VCX is back over $2.
