WSA can do it all if it gets the core business - production - right. I think it can.

Growth is expensive. Last year, WSA's FCF was $120m, current will be higher on better production and prices.

It has to bridge to: "Odydseus annual ore production of 900kt. First ore scheduled for 3rd Q CY 2021, and first Ni concentrate late CY 2022."

Cosmic Boy can process 600,000 ore tons. Will it need more circuits to process what is coming?

I cant fault their ambition.
