Water off a duck's back yet again. This time round, blaming the contractor...this is very poor and highlights management and Board's lack of judgement and maturity - I don't know why they think this is going to help the situation - if anything it's likely to make it harder to attract people - not sure where they are getting their comms advice from?! Changing out a contractor whilst targeting their biggest quarter was their decision....
