I think the retrace is reasonable given the circumstances. As I said, the only reason the miss is so small is because we are only 2 weeks from EOFY.
The talk of another "geological event" doesn't fill me with confidence either. It raises the spectre of further issues early next FY.
But it's important to keep Narrabri in perspective. You have to expect periods of good performance and periods of issues, and the SP will jump around in response to it. Not much point comparing it to other mines like Ulan West either, conditions are unique to each mine.
