As a value investor have had my eye on this one for quite a while, seems to me however like retail are fleeing based on doom & gloom predictions about a downturn in the Aussie housing market once expected rate rises kick in.
Share buyback is a nice initiative but looks like a bandaid that isn't working for some reason. Shame because it has rock-solid fundamentals; would rather wait for sentiment to turn & then buy in even if it costs some initial profitability.
