I have been watching LVT for many years, going through tough times and eventually sold out 2 years ago. I purchased back in yesterday at .215c. I viewed the settlement of the law suit as a positive outcome and is immaterial to the growth and expectations of the company moving forward. Will be holding for 3-5 years. Looking forward to next week's announcement. Regardless, there is a bright future for LVT and as others have pointed, LVT is only trading at 3.3x ARR, which compares to other companies such as WSP at 10x ARR.
