To those who were concerned with no updates regarding the Beingmate acquisition see below response I received. Its not been an overwhelming report however there were some positives and new growing markets. The current downfall has impacted the sector as whole not just BUBS.

Commercial negotiations and definitive legal documentation have been prolonged by a change in Beingmate’s executive management, including the CEO.
