To those who were concerned with no updates regarding the Beingmate acquisition see below response I received. Its not been an overwhelming report however there were some positives and new growing markets. The current downfall has impacted the sector as whole not just BUBS.

In regards to the acquisition of one of Beingmate’s SAMR slot applications for its Beihai facility, due diligence is near completion and the Board is pleased with the outcome.
Commercial negotiations and definitive legal documentation have been prolonged by a change in Beingmate’s executive management, including the CEO. A market update will be provided on or before the half year results which are due to be delivered next month.
