I personally never follow broker recommendations and if I read a research report, I just look for stuff I missed from my own research.

Whether I invest and what price I pay is then ultimately my decision.

I'm keen to understand why this broker has given a negative outlook
* the company is on a path to stable, recurring revenue to fund its monthly expenses
* growth may be challenging as the market is saturated but not impossible; can't really forecast this accurately
* already has a significant number of 'stable' clients
* I don't think we're headed to a recession

so what's the problem?
