I agree to a certain extent however potential future earnings are always going to play a big factor in the PE ratio for any spec stock.
I reckon CCA have got a tough gig ahead of them, but that is the risk reward scenario. If they can keep incrementally building and create a sustainable future that is wonderful... But the key is to land a big corporate deal.
