You missed Karl’s dodgy comparison with pcp (previous corresponding period, ie last March) which is what the presentation refers to. Last quarter was 1132 this quarter 1114 ie net lost 18 customers for the quarter. Most likely low value customers but still not good. I’m more concerned that they put Box Hill Institute in the presentation with only 2000 employees. If they think that is something to crow about then they are genuinely stuffed!!!
