I really encourage you to do so some research into LVT. Revenue recognition by milestone and recognizing in ARR has little impact on churn rate. (I drew your attention to that in my last post. You don't seem to have grasped that. What matters most is the amount of churn.).

Deployments were averaging 6-9 months prior to Covid and per the CFO (on call) they are still the same now. There are many posts on HV LVT forum discussing that.
You also don't seem aware that LVT was losing large #'s of SME clients pre-covid as well.
