    I will give Karl credit where credit is due. He did so much better in the last investor call and the report was good (minus the confusing ARR metrics).

    However, I have to say I agree. The damage is done and the market needs a fresh seasoned CEO. There is no shake in Karl stepping back into a directorship role as majority shareholder and hire a seasoned CEO.
