I understand that the legal BS was somewhat related to the business, intellectual property and all that... But I think he should front the legal costs himself. Surely the dispute was a bit more personal in nature? I feel he should payback the costs to the company or the shareholders. He's being handed enough cash in his role to afford it, even if he did it in installments.
