Yeah.. pretty sure handed over ~xx??m shares to Bro, (so what... not like he paid for the shares in the first place)

BUT the legal costs, settlement? (woteva it was) that cost ~$12m+ of Shareholders cash is what has really made him smell like DOG EXCREMENT which now appears to be permanently stuck to the LVT SP!!!!!

Even if they signed up the US Defence on a $50m per year deal, the SP would do FA!!!!!!

LVT Stinks.....Sad but True.....

By the way the $12m+ (Karl's personal issues that the Company paid for) directly cost me ~$5,000 given my holding in the LVT (which pisses me off) BUT the bigger issue (and loss to all SHs) is the fact that LVT can't shake off the STENCH of Karl.
