Wouldn't worry about large orders that aren't close to trading price:
If you wanted to sell large amounts of shares for more than people were paying (like most of us I guess) then why would you advertise it?
Two main reasons i can think of, 1 is that you actually want to buy shares and think that the market were such that placing your order there will influence the price down
2 is that you expect the price to go up there soon and want to get in first when it does.
Neither of those reasons are anything to worry about, the first won't effect long term prices, the second is actually good.
Wouldn't worry about large orders that aren't close to trading...
