I understand your thought process.
There are multiple potentially intelligent reasons why someone might be taking a position in AGL.
But this is not what '250' is saying.
'250' is saying he got a good deal because he is receiving a 5% dividend in cash.
That's the totality of his investment logic.
Hotcopper can be a great sight for both newbies and long termers, with views both positive and negative on a stock being expressed. But '250' arrogantly blasts any none holder as being 'poor', 'downramper' and posts stupid simplistic cartoons.
Thats why he is is '250': too arrogant and stupid to realize he can learn from hotcopper.
