Got out today.
It has got all the components of a sexy growth business, but hasn’t seemed to be able to pull them together over the past couple of years.
Didn’t like the tricky accounting applied to hit guidance. Reminded me of Rubik Financial from back in the day. Conference call felt defensive and a bit all over the place as well.
If they can achieve the cloud transition this should be a strong performer in a few years time, but right now it’s a turnaround play, new CEO and all. Best of luck to holders with the conviction to follow it through.
