The cap raise was done with sophs and oversubscribed as you were told in the other thread repeatedly. My research into the company did not extend to the MD's residential address or his parents' employment history.
As we covered off in depth on the other thread, I get that you invested at 86 cents and are well underwater, and bizarrely joined HotCopper only to comment negatively on only Pentanet. At this point I think it would be best to cut your losses.
