I agree - i sold out of SWP at $1.56 last week even before the announcement as I just couldnt see how to justify the MC. It dropped back to $1.30s now into the 160s.... but i have no regrets.
I feel like CCG has good financials - undervalued vs peers. Perhaps just too small to get the attention, happy for a takeover bid from any of the majors.
