While the contracted utilisation might be a little lower than expected, part of that reason might be because they have very large customers wanting more space than is available at the existing facilities. M2 is undergoing expansion, S3 is under construction (and coming along quickly i might add as i work around the corner from it), and M3 has planning approvals.
