We don't yet know how significant these efficiencies will be because SCM is still in development and not yet commercially available. From my reading, I'll guess efficiencies will be ten-fold or more. That means a lot more data per square metre and much lower power consumption. Depending of course on SCM costs and timing of commercial availability, I'm expecting this to be very positive for NXT after about 2026 just because these efficiencies are not built into its current business model but NXT will be very well placed to capture the benefits. But what do others think?

wouldn't more data/m^2 and less power be bad for DCs? They thrive on companies requiring more power and more space.
